We flew American on Thanksgiving day and had no problems getting through the airport. There were plenty of taxis as we exited the airport, and it was very well organized.

    November isn’t rainy “rainy” season. The rainy rainy season doesn’t really kick in until late December and the trash on the beach is more January/February. The trash on the beach is a mixture of the rain (washing rubbish into the sea all over Indonesia and Bali ) and the prevailing westerly winds.
