Country Cottage has been an operating restaurant since the early 1900's I can not remember the year at this time. The waitress advised the wall paper was original which showed signs of being replaced currently. Overall the place was clean and cozy. Many decorations of pigs throughout. Last visit was at an odd hour, 2 pm on a Saturday.

We went to Wolfe's due to the rating. Ordered Cinnabon pancakes and regular pancakes. It clesrly states add choice of ham, bacon or sausage. The menu should give the upcharge price or waitress advise of it. $3.59 for 2 tiny, microwaved sausage links is ridiculous and never would have been ordered.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a wide variety of items from omelettes to milkshakes to homemade meatloaf and chicken parmigiana. The service was friendly and personable. Food came out in a short time and was cooked well. I had an omelette and beans and greens soup. I will definitely be back to this "country cottage".
Rosemint Cottage is set in the peaceful village of Stratton on the outskirts of Bude.
