Although I am accostumed to getting these notices, I am not familiar with the sender address as: deltaairlines.m@delta.com.

Leg room very poor, just glad I flew VA across the pacific. Drinks service as usual, you pay for everything else. I did fly Atlanta-Washington and Orlando-LAX on the new 757 and it was quite nice. Good leg room and modern entertainment system with the head phone jack under the screen instead of stupidly being in the armrest.

Most of my cosmetic items in it are broken. I spent money purchasing some of the items in the checked-in luggage as I couldn't keep waiting and calling every day to no avail. Never have I had a particularly pleasant experience with Delta Airlines! Date of travel: May 2024. Seat comfort. Customer service.

I inputted all the right info and every time I get "unable to process request". Did this numerous times. Message said to contact customer service. Called the number and was told there was a 9 hour wait time!!!
