    If you want to experience Times Square at New Year's Eve and be anywhere close to the action there WILL be consequences, be it having to wear a diaper, suffering extreme cold, standing all that time or getting hungry. From the whole 12 1/2 hrs my ONLY problem was the cold. Everything else I could cope with and it really wasn't a big deal.
