   Answer 1 of 13: We are arriving into Orange County John Wayne airport on 8/12 and returning out of Orange County oh the 18th. Weekly car rental with a recognized company is over $500!

   I'm struggling to get anything out of Avis other than them copying and pasting a pretty useless piece of "information" from their website. Last time through LAX (arriving in Tom Bradley terminal) we ended up walking nearly half a mile to T8 before we could find a Purple Zone where an Avis shuttle would actually stop for us.

Can’t see it being that much quicker or cheaper.”.
