If the secret hotel was outside the Travelocity map area I think RWATL has a legitimate gripe. If I had to guess I would guess that the hotel is within Traveocity's map area, but outside RWATL's perception of what the area should include. For example many cities list "downtown" hotels that are only near, not in the main downtown area.
