From what I've read all rooms have a view so I'm hoping for the best! Its pretty easy to use the top-secret hotel service. Just open one page of top-secret "deals" (where it doesn't show you the hotel until you book) and another of the standard rates (showing the hotel names) and compare the ratings to match up which hotel is what.

As far as the area, Travelocity has area maps. If the secret hotel was outside the Travelocity map area I think RWATL has a legitimate gripe. If I had to guess I would guess that the hotel is within Traveocity's map area, but outside RWATL's perception of what the area should include.
