The worst customer service I have ever experienced in car rental. This was exceptional, exceptionally bad. The process of hiring the pre-booked car, handing over the keys, giving directions to the car and completing paperwork was done with a minimum of syllables and grunts, all the while having conversations with other agents behind the counter.

On my way home the replacement ended up having some issues with the radio so it made for a long ride home. While I had some issues, the experience trumps my issues. I am a fan of great customer service and I received the from both the Nashville airport (National car rental as Alamo was closed) and the Tampa airport.
