I've been looking for a car rental place in IAD (Washington Dulles) in July. kAlmost every single site has min-priced cars @ about $33 a day, but for some reason, Kayak.com has some cars at $15 a day. Has anyone ever dealt with them?

It shows prices on various web sites side by side but you actually rent the car through which ever other web site you choose. I use it to see possible prices and then book through one of the car web sites that seem reasonable.

Clicking help on their website shows these options pretty clearly. Be firm but polite and try to avoid using the word “cancel” if you can.

Unfortunately the following statement from the contract you agreed to when you booked will prevent you from being able to get a judgement with then. As said above the court will have to find for Kayak. "Our Website is a travel search engine.
