5 reviews. 3 helpful votes. Vodaphone in Portugal. 6 years ago. Bad experience with Vodaphone in Portugal. Purchased a SIM card and plan at the Porto airport. Asked for a plan that would cover Portugal and Spain. "No problem" was the reply. SIM card worked only in Portugal- not active in Spain.
