Horrible Experience. This past week I rented a car from the Ace Location in Orlando, Florida located at 7855 N. Frontage Road. When picking up the keys, the man at the desk insisted that I needed to purchase the $50.00 toll road package for traveling between Orlando and Sarasota.

Endured an interminable wait for the airport shuttle, only to be duped with deceitful charges. Despite twice stating my existing insurance, a brazen $119.94 insurance fee materialized on my bill.
1. Re: Ace Car Rental. 13 years ago. Stay as far away as possible. The price is real, but not worth what they put me through. They were supposed to refund a $300 deposit after charging $80.96 for a 4 day car rental. However, they charged an addition $300, totaling $680.96 pulled out of my checking account.
Warning! Do not rent from Ace in Orlando, Florida (Orlando Airport)! This is by far the worst rental car experience I have ever had in the last 30 years. The estimated total cost before the trip was $234 (including $103 in taxes and fees) for a 7-day rental.
