   And rental companies don’t keep rental cars for 1-2 hours after the booked pickup time unless they state that in their T&Cs. So making sure the rental location is open 1-2hrs after the time you booked to pick up might lead to disappointment if you also expect your car to be waiting for you when you are late. Considering using fox rental cars as the mini van would be about $310 for 9 days (pick up in Tampa, return to Orlando ).....compared to like $900 with all the other companies. Just nervous with the huge price difference (but if legit it would save money to use on the other big parts of the trip).

   Dec 28, 2023, 5:09 PM. I had a bad experience with them. The car had half a tank of gas in it. I returned the car with 3/4 of a tank but they charged me $52 because they state it was full when I picked it up. The girl that returned my call when I disputed the charge was hostile and very rude.

Fox USA is probably different than Fox Costa Rica ..Most rental agencies in CR are not corporate operated, and are agencies owned in CR. That's why many on tripadvisor offer the advice to deal with the rental agency in Costa Rica, not with a third party like Kayak, Expedia etc.
