6 years ago. My U.S. Citibank Costco-branded credit card has the "wave" symbol on it, which I think means it can be used for contactless tap and pay. However, a Citi customer service rep told me yesterday that the "wave" symbol only means that I can load the card in my Apple Wallet app and use the card as an Apple Pay method.
We arrived in London on April 12, and decided to use our Capital One Venture One Visa credit cards (contactless ) exclusively for our current trip. They have worked flawlessly, not one problem. Two cards, two different numbers, one account. The only cash we will withdraw (separate ATM Card) is for the balance due on our two accommodations.
