I tried all u have suggested but problem remain unresolved. 1. I have cleared cache and TA cookies. 2. checked that Silverlight and javascript are enabled and up-to-date. 3. TA is working fine on IE browser but this is not my primary choice. So very irritating to have to switch to IE whenever I need to access TA.
