34. Re: Credit card does not work at website. 2 years ago. I am from US and I just tried 3 different credit cards Costco VISA, Citibank MC and finally my Apple MC card. All of them were declined. I checked all of the accounts and none of them blocked any transactions and more specifically the transaction was never attempted.
