OR I can login via facebook. But Facebook doesn't have individual accounts for businesses; if you have a facebook business its linked to your personal profile. So when I was asked to login via facebook it wanted all of that access to my personal facebook account, not the Company page, and i'm not really interested in that.

No, you need to sign on to your personal Facebook account -- not a business page. Tripadvisor wants to know who you are. If there is enough information in your FB personal page, it should go through. If still doesn't, try with a credit card. It's easy and no charges are made (maybe a $1 hold for a few days).
