They still have offices in many towns around the country with staff who are happy to discuss travel plans and offer advice, or just simply dig out the documents from drawers.

    A AAA member fir over 20 yrs.... The membership is worth it. The maps are free so if you are traveling that is $20 or more in maps and guide books. On top of it you get. AAA rate for hotels which is about a 10% discount on hotels. You also get AAA service from travel agents.
