About 10 km inside Ontario, exit onto highway 17 towards Hawkesbury. In places, this highway hugs the Ottawa river and provides some views. Stop for some frites or poutine in Alfred.

    Consider: 4 days for Toronto. 1 day to travel to Montreal. 3 days for Montreal. 2 days for Quebec (including the trip from Montreal to Quebec). I think that's totally fine for 10 days. You'll need one extra day to fly home, probably by flying from Quebec with a change of planes in Montreal or Toronto.
