As you say, if a flight is cancelled the airline has to either refund or offer alternative flight.

Answer 1 of 4: I've been trying to call the cebu pacific customer service but still can't get hold of them. So my question is I have booked a flight CGY-CEB on july 29 and a return flight of CEB-CGY on august 2 but I can't take the flight on july 29...
