Will postulate that again your troubles are related to Lebara UK and not necessarily reflective of the whole company / network. That being said, Lebara Spain will no longer send out a "free" SIM unless you pay for a "pre-top up" amount. Normally not a problem, but as I only wanted a €6 plan, the €10 minimum was a problem.

This has worked brilliantly in the UK, but be warned as you move into the Irish Republic things are not so good. The Lebara SIM has given us problems ever since we have arrived in the UK.
