    The one and only time I bought a Lebara SIM I ended up putting int in the bin and getting a Vodafone one. Customer service is non existent.     I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.

    I purchased a Lebara SIM at Sydney airport which supposedly included a £10 credit for the UK. I also purchased an EE SIM for my iPad at the same time. This has worked brilliantly in the UK, but be warned as you move into the Irish Republic things are not so good. The Lebara SIM has given us problems ever since we have arrived in the UK.
