I have booked a car rental at the Kona airport with Budget and now I see a better price with either Thrifty or Dollar. BUT i see all of these companies get really bad reviews on Trip Advisor for this location.

   The best I could get at Dollar was $444 for the week. The round trip shuttle will cost $90, but rentals in Colorado Springs are about $250 less than Denver, and since I'm working for a non-profit, I'll probably go ahead and do that. It's hard to belief the difference in prices between the two cities.

We just rented an economy car for a week from Enterprise Rent A Car at Seattle Airport, from the consolidated parking facility. We got a discount using the Entertainment 2013 Book coupons and the weekly rental cost was very reasonable.
