I booked a Carnival cruise through there and I paid $650 for a friend and I to Ensenada Mexico for four days. I was pretty happy but the cruise line does charge a 50 per person tip fee for the crew. We didn't want the hassle of having to go to the store for some basics, and wanted food in the kitchen without having to worry about it the day we landed. We were pleased with what we got. When we went to the grocery stores later, seemed like we paid about the same.

Re: Vacations To Go. 14 years ago. Last year at this time I booked an all inclusive package with air thru Vacations To Go a.k.a. Resorts To Go. I'm in Texas & I found a charter special to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico that was absolutely the best price out there. Right after our trip was booked, the swine flu thing happened.
As for the £1000-1500 you're "probably going to spend", that is mere speculation and comes across to me as considerably high average daily spend on food for just 9 days. What you choose to or choose not to spend on food, is beyond the control of the travel agent. The final figure you've arrived at of £4000+, is *not* what the agent is charging.
This was the worst travel booking experience ever in my 40 years of air travel. I contacted TravelBusinessClass (TBC) to book business class travel for a family vacation (LA -Rome -Athens - LA). Part of the trip included. ~$1000 of air travel within Europe (Rome-Athens).
434 helpful votes. Skylux - Anyone use this ticket discounter? 2 years ago. We can save 10% by booking business class travel with Skyluxvfir a trip in 2022. I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights. If you've used Skylux, I'd like to hear from you.
