The other guaranteed fountain view rooms are the Terrace Angle (you have to call and ask for this one) and the Bungalow Suite.

But both Towers have their own elevator banks.

    Yes, the Cosmo most definitely has Terrace Studio Fountain View rooms in the Boulevard Tower. Boulevard Tower - I personally prefer a ##98 series Terrace Studio FV room myself. As for the Terrace Wraparound Suites, the ##78 room series are the "Best of the Best." ALSO; there are "no" 40s floor numbers used in the elevators to the Boulevard Tower.

    The 1-bedroom suite with terrace is perfect for family. Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is our most fave hotel during our US vacay. Stayed here for 3 days & I’m so glad we did!
