I did not take an upgrade, the car was as described on the reso. Thrifty customer service did nothing to help, just blamed me. Never rent w them. Reply.

IE: Enterpirse has 1 star review from a guy who never rented, just didn't couldn't find the lot to rent. You will be ok.
