Answer 11 of 19: I sent Hertz at Denver International Airport an e-mail inquiry about a charge that was added to my bill upon my returning it. To date - 2+ weeks later - I have not yet gotten a reply.
It is of course ok that Hertz could not rent me the car and therefore canceled the agreement, but why is it not possible to get my paid Car Trawler rental back? I did not loose my driver’s license on purpose. (I have been in contact with Hertz and they have never received payment from Car Trawler.

8. Re: Hertz Rental Denver CO - Customer Service. We rented a car for our recent trip to Denver and returned it April 4th, 2013 having filled it up with gas at the station next to the airport. As so many others have posted to Trip Advisor, a week later we have a bill on our credit card for a gas charge from Hertz.

If not contact them to be sure that the reservation has been accepted. If you only made it today, wait until tomorrow and check again.
a) find the rental car lot. b) notice the overall size of the parking area for everything at the airport. It's smaller than the parking area at your local Target. c) find the rental car garges that you are familiar with at other airports. Hint: there are none. No gold or emerald aisle at small airports.
