   In the last year or two there are no codes on the Costco booking site anymore. My 2012 reservation had codes an coupons on it when I printed it but my reservation out after logging in. The one from last September does not. The BCD and coupon columns are gone now. My Alamo paperwork only says Costco offer 09 on it.

   In some spots I look, the Alamo rental place looks to be close to the Juliana terminal, in other spots it appears to be quite far down the airport road (past the roundabout, take a right, etc). Orbitz shows that the counter and car are IN THE TERMINAL and on the app it shows that they are located at COUNTER 1, JULIANA AIRPORT.
