Badgerlad you are getting me all confused with the quality, 300Kb is the max file size , although you are right in a way as reducing the size also reduces the quality. The small pdf site reduces the size but if you start with a massive file size ( too many dpi when first scanned) then you may have to reduce the reduced .pdf more than once until ...
Having spent hours tonight trying to fill in the online visa application, I am having massive problems trying to upload a copy of my passport, It states it has to be in pdf format. I managed to make a PDF using Word 2016 then went to up load it and it is too large as needs to only be 300kb and mine is 1.6mb so it wont work,
