Make sure you check out the forum. There is a coupon section in which many people post URLs leading to downloadable, printable coupons. The purpose of coupons is to get better value for your money. I am in Alaska and our local Barnes & Noble has been an easy source of the Northern Lights Coupon Book for many years. I just called them in search of the latest issue as well, and they said "unfortunately the publishers have decided to retire and no one has picked up making them."
