"Receive a coupon book with up to $150 in savings with any Multi-day Park-to-Park ticket purchase". since you did not buy a multi day park to park ticket you do not get a coupon book.
3 answers. The hotel does have a Universal desk you can purchase tickets from, but the lines at it vary, and sometimes it's a long wait. Best way is to purchase online if you know what you want. You can even do that at the hotel and print in the business center there. That also gets you a slight discount off gate price.
