6 years ago. "Most car rental at Orlando airport have bad reviews". Not true, although every rental company has at least one or two disgruntled customers. Avis, Hertz and Alamo have good reputations. I have used Thrifty with no problems. However, you MUST join and use the company's loyalty program. This is rule number 1.

To anyone considering renting a car through HolidayCars or Pricelss, BEWARE. The rental car company, Priceless in Tampa, is not a reputable car rental company. I was shocked by the poor customer service and unreasonable insurance demands this company required and ended up canceling the contract on the spot.

16 years ago. We tend to use Hertz or Budget. The check in/out process with both companies is very quick and easy (I belong to the Hertz #1 Gold and Budget FastBreak). I've found that all of the car companies have very competitive rates. We got a great discount with Budget for our December trip through Costco.
