There will be thousands of people arriving on flights after your arrival. I haven’t heard of rental car shortage issues in a couple years now.

2. Re: Which Rental Car Companies Are Easiest at Airport. All car rental facilities at LAX are off-site, and you will need to take a shuttle from the terminal to get to one. I would stick with the major firms - Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Thrifty.
9 years ago. My thoughts on Hertz Rental is that I would not rent a car in Las Vegas. It will most likely sit in the parking lot most of the time, or even all of the time. It is really a pain to drive in Las Vegas and traffic on the strip is extremely bad. You want to be careful too if you drive, not to drink.

Re: Opinion about rental car and airport transportation. Feb 29, 2024, 3:42 PM. You'll likely need to pay for uber/taxi from the place you return the car to your hotel and then take another from your hotel to the airport. That's going to be $30-$40 (guesstimate depending on what you take) at least with tip.
