I have a vague idea that Craigdarroch does pre-arranged group tours later than that. Ships' excursions would fit this idea perfectly.
Unfortunately, the Royal BC Museum is on winter hours (5 pm) until May 16. Then they open on Fri and Sat evenings until 10, when the ships are in port. I do enjoy walking through the James Bay neighbourhood of the city, for the architecture and the gardens people keep. Your ship will berth at Ogden Point cruise ship terminal.
