Has anyone successfully gotten a refund from JustFly? I just cancelled my flight within 24 hours. I did it online, swallowed the $150 "cancellation fee" and even called them to confirm. The agent I spoke to said I would get a refund within 2-10 business days but I am nervous now due to all these reviews.

6. Re: Airline "credit" for flight I cancelled. The fee that you paid to cancel your flight did not convert your non-refundable ticket into a refundable ticket. The fee you paid permitted you to actually retain some value from your non-refundable ticket to be used at another time with the airline you originally booked.
