I did a dummy reservation, and somewhere along the process, where Costco asks for "Renter's Detail", there is a slot where you enter Budget Fastbreak number. Maybe if you have already made the reservation, go back to edit "Renter's Detail" and enter your Fastbreak number.
Budget's weekly rates are for 5-7 days, so you could potentially pay more if you returned it after 4 days and 23 hours. You can also change your rental while you have the car out over the phone at 800-218-7992. There's an option for changing an active reservation.

Budget is popular because of their pricing. I have waited 1 1/2 hours before at OGG without being a Fastbreak member. I would check with Budget to get your Fastbreak account set-up with your reservation. Yes, you can change your vehicle at check out as long as they have them available.
Re: Budget Fastbreak car rental for a new member? If you are a Fasbreak member BEFORE you make your reservation you go to the Budget check in but instead of lining up you look up at the monitor and find your name. It will tell you the stall number for your car. You skip past the line and go to your car.
Through Expedia; Enterprise is the cheapest with their compact cars, ranging from $382 to Avis’ $400 (which is what i was thinking about booking, the price through their company is $800 for the same amount of time), Budget seems the most expensive ranging from $500-$700, just through a third-party rental company.
