Contact details should have be included in your confirmation email. Just so you know, this is a member to member forum and we have no access to any booking you might have made.
Umm, I think you should first double check your e-mail, and also check your credit card history to check if the hotel already charged you for your reservation. If you find it, try to get a confirmation code or number, this can probably lead you to finding your reservation info. Hope this helps☺☺☺. over a year ago.

Never have had an issue with having room that was reserved for me but to put your mind at rest just give them a quick call. I have never needed number anyway.
