Group U is Camaro and Group W (usually a little more expensive) is the Mustang, so I'd say the chance of getting a Camaro is much more likely. Group W is more often "unavailable for booking" or "sold out" even at airport locations.

Do the Hertz reps at the counter work on commission? $72,000 seems like a large salary for that job, unless they do work on commission and get commission for the insurance that you thought you were waiving. I would contact Hertz customer service first. If you don't get anywhere there I would contact the CEO of Hertz.
