Liquor is only sold in State approved facilities, with different kinds of licenses. Only some can sell on Sunday.
Yes, it is easy. To get to the Costco in Carolina, just go over the bridge as you exit the airport and then get onto RT 8 and that will take you to Costco. The bridge costs $3. On the way to Fajardo, take RT 3 until you can get onto RT 66 or just continue on RT 3 for no tolls (but more traffic/stoplights) Edited: 11 years ago.

Sam/costo only represent less than 15%. If you are looking for something in the tourist area of san juan: In Isla Verde you have 24 hour Pueblo and a 24 hour Grande.
