    Yes, the BBC licence fee has had its day and is now totally unacceptable to force Britush people to pay this now we have subscription TV where people choose to pay and there are so many alternatives. It is only a matter of time now that BBC licence fee will be scrapped and not before time ! Fewer young people in Britain watch BBC anyway now.

    3. Re: Internet access in Vietnam. There is no unrestricted access to the Internet in Vietnam. It is not as bad as China, but it's certainly not as free as in most democratic countries. FB and Google are not blocked, but I think the VIetnamese versions of BBC, VOA, RFA are blocked.
