IGA is an older looking store, but you can find everything you want.    You can google fosters iga cayman islands for their hours, Hurleys and the other supermarkets will have the same basic hours. Keep in mind that the day after Christmas, Boxing Day, is also a holiday! If you are planning to eat out during those days I would make the reservations ahead of time.
