17 years ago. If you go out door 10 or 11 at the airport, you will see the shuttle buses. Just hop on and they will take you directly to the facility. Hop off, and when you get inside you'll see all the rental car agencies. When we went in May we thought it would just be a big confusing mess but it's really easy!
I would keep the car.Uber/Lyft cost would probably be a wash with keeping the car.Bus is impractical. Using the Deuce requires transfer to/from the 109 each way. I don't believe you can use the CX even if you are mid strip for a 7AM flight since it doesn't run 24 hours.
