A spinner (four-wheel) bag being tilted and pulled on two wheel does not work as well as a designed-two wheeler. The wheels on spinner are smaller, less rugged, and more prone to breakage (IMHO). Rolling bags with two wheels, many times have large wheel, partially incorporated into bag frame and are much easier to pull on bumpy, rough surfaces.
