Chrome was better than Firefox for me but even then it stalled right at the end when asked to print or send a copy by email. There have recently been some issues with the website itself - it was offline for some hours some days ago - ba flyertalk has a thread on this - I tried to reserve seats a couple of days ago had "system unavailable try again" did so later, it then worked. All my ba.com problems have not been to do with browser issues.
