HI, Im looking to get a Ford Mustang for my upcoming road trip and I have found that, all car rental companies mostly charge around 100-120$ per day for Mustang. So, a friend suggested to try Turo.com and he used the services and was very happy. Its like airbnb for car rental. Im able to see Ford Mustang 2017 for 50$ a day, which is a neat deal.

Our plane was to arrive at the airport after the closing hours of Hertz (so I opted for Turo chose airport pick-up/drop-off). It started well with the online registration process.

My Geico policy covers rentals through Turo. I just called and asked and they said yes. Turo is a real rental car company. They also provide free roadside assistance is anything goes wrong and 24/7 phone support. Turo doesnt let cars on the platform without current safety and registration exactly like Uber and Lyft.
Worst experience EVER with Turo. Please be aware. This was my first time. I booked car for 14 days and had to return in 4 days because coolant hose got burst of the car. Turo customer service is worst. I thought Verizon was worst but these people beat them by miles.
Although a little more expensive than a regular rental, I figured I'd save that money plus some in gas savings. Turo is basically like Airbnb for your car, so you're renting someone's personal car. The host of the car started out this experience by being 45 minutes late to his house where the pick up point was.
