Hi All, I am trying to book the rental car through Hertz, I have read so many bad reviews about Hertz rental at Kauai airport. I am a Presidents Circle status, do they have any preference for the Presidents Circle such as free upgrade to bigger cars which I get it in mainland.
It may also vary depending when you arrive. We are PC level and have on occasion arrived late and found literally only one vehicle left - and in some cases, not even close to what we had reserved.
