   A little while back I put up a post regarding checking car rental prices from Costco often. I had booked an Alamo car for an incredibly good price, checked back a week later and found a Budget car for even less. Yesterday I checked Costco prices again and Alamo has now beat the Budget price! Maybe if I keep checking it will be free! :) 3Chihuahuas

Both companies offer an extra driver (or 2) for free. Budget is often the lowest price, but sometimes has the longest pick-up lines. Join FastBreak to avoid those lines.

Yes, nothing wrong with reserving a rental car through Costco for next year but you can fully expect the price to drop many times between now and then. I booked an April 2022 car for a decent price and it's already dropped twice.
