We were looking through Door Dash for ideas for dinner and saw that Pies & Pints delivered to our area. We had heard good things and decided to try delivery and start with the basics. Ordered food thru door dash. We ordered the el pastor burrito and soup. The soup was so salty we could not eat it. The El Pastor was not El Pastor but was rotten beef. Could not eat it and stunk up kitchen. We have ordered from here for years with no problem. Door dash gave us a $3.00 credit. Overall super unhappy.
Another Einstein suggested I call the Door Dash driver to find out where the food had been delivered and go pick it up as if I, as the customer, should manage its subcontractor. I received a call about an hour later from the same giggling Einstein who told me the order had been delivered to an OSU hospital 2.5 miles north of downtown Columbus.
