Re: Beware Hertz car rental scam. It appears your TA has stuffed up. I have used FlightCentre numerous times for Hertz car rental in the USA and have always been provided with a voucher which stipulated the car size, duration and included insurances. It was not best practice to not provide you with an itemised receipt.

Look out for car rental return on the overhead signs and get in the correct lane. Once in the garage, look for the rental car company sign to return car. Report inappropriate content.
