Collissimo is, as you are aware, part of the French post office La Poste. I am guessing but La Poste almost certainly have an office / central distribution point ( maybe more than one) in the US where you can follow up things in English. I say this because I know La Poste have such an office in the UK ( at Slough in case anyone asks).
