Shinjuku to Nikko. Aug 8, 2024, 2:05 AM. Save. I find it a little hard to find an available early (7:30am) limited express train from Shinjuku stn to Nikko. From all the websites I've visited so far, they keep saying there is a limited express train between these 2 stns thay leaves at 7:30am but all I can see is the 9:30am (Spacia Nikko).
